In the third phase of 22apps, we'll be handing complete control over to you, meaning that you'll be able to build modules, plugins, integrations, and more for your app!

We work on top of React Native so it'll be easy for developers to design on-top of the 22apps framework.

That said, currently the answer is "no". You can't yet develop on top of 22apps.
