That said, as far as getting approved goes, there are certain guidelines and restrictions to getting approved VS disapproved.

Here are some reasons your app might be disapproved:

• Inappropriate content
• Doesn't serve a purpose (Just a bunch of links in your app but no real value)
• Missing content (IE: "Coming Soon" content in many places)
• Dummy text
• Breaking any other app-store rules
